Starband is 400 dollars for the equipment, 200 for installation (must be
licensed installer, training is available online) and 70 a month for
access.  Moving requires a call in to service with new ZIP code, to get
you into local server. They are not really equipped to handle the truly
mobile client yet. I suspect they might get a little shirty if you move
several times a month (week?).

The service price quoted above does NOT include TV signals, I think
that's about 30 a month more, but since I have no TV I never asked about
the price.

The above figures are in the NY metro area, YMMV.
