The reference is a good one. It gives a good run down of the thrills of
setting up a Saturn for towing. The only thing that puzzles me is the quoted
message about a Roadmaster Falcon towbar. Clearly it was the installer's
mistake that caused whatever problem the individual had. Roadmaster's
directions are very clear on the need for the towbar to be level. The problem
occurs with taller (e g diesel pushers) motorhomes. That hardly rates as a
reason for not using a particular brand of towbar.
