[A/S] Prices for Argosy Motorhomes

I am interested in buying a 77 or 78 Argosy Motorhome, 24 or 28 feet 
long in Florida.  I am confused over asking prices for un-restored 
coaches, which seem to be around $8,000.  The NADA guide lists retail 
prices around $5000 for these years.  Are the sellers overly 
optimistic or have these homes reached collector status like the 
GMC's?  thanks for comments, Dave
