Perhaps the factory is fighting the fact that these things are built 
like a brick out house and they never rust out or wear out.  Mine Was 
made in 1965 and there isn't really anything major wrong with it.  A 
few things need some attention but it isn't anything that a couple 
thousand dollars won't cure.  We all know that you can't buy a new 
trailer for that.  Durability can be a problem for a manufacturer.
