[A/S] Reese Hitch and controllers

Hello,

Thanks for the advise on the airconditioner installation folks.  Now 
I have another question;  we are bringing our 73 Ambassador home 
early next month and are at the stage to buy our hitch and brake 
controller.  My husband wants to buy both from the local Reese 
dealer.  Are these products good for the size A/S we are buying?
Our tow vehicle right now is a full size Ford F250 3/4 ton, automatic 
transmission.

I know there was a lot of discussion a month ago about the Tekonsha.
There were some good words about Micro Controller HD too.  

Hunter, I know you mentioned you had a full Reese set up but 
evidently are not using it on your present rig, any particular reason?

Any advice is welcome.
