[A/S] RE: Flexible solar panels (was 66 Safari)

Bob -

I just throw my flexible panels over the top when I stop - and use the
alternator on my tow vehicle for charging in between. If you don't always
arrive at your campsite all charged up then there is something wrong with
the way you are hooked up. I have one small battery and one flexible panel
and I've never run out of juice - and I've been out for six months at a time
with no shore power.

The grommets, by the way, are actually for attaching to a sail for marine
use.
