[A/S] 1964 Globetrotter 19 ft.
Leslie,
The oven on my '67 Globetrotter would not work either. If I remember
correctly it has two pilot lights. One burns continuously, assuming
gas is getting to it,and the other only works when oven dial is
turned to set temperature. On mine the pilot adjustment screw was
turned off{small setscrew just to left of pilot tube}. Turn this
screw counterclockwise to open gas line,1/2 turn should do it,then
hold match to pilot tube untill it lights{small tube on right side of
assembly}. This may take several times if there is air in the lines
as orifice is small and does not permit much air to escape. When this
pilot comes on, turn oven on and another pilot lights which in turn
lights oven. Hope this helps, mine cooks good
biscuits.
