Hi Kim,

I'm very glad that your furnace is operating properly.  Maybe it just needed
an Man's touch?  :)  Anyway, I took my furnace out, includuding the housing
only to find that I have very serious damage to the front of the wheel well
that was hidden by the furnace housing.  I'm glad that I found the problem,
but saddened that I have to take the last of the furniture out of the
trailer to make this repair.  That is, the stove and sink!

Then I'll remove the plastic wheel well cover and decide how I can make the
repair.  Obviously, there was a fix made years ago that wasn't a fix!

With the problems you've described with your furnace, I'll be sure to give
it a run outside the trailer to be sure it works.  Nothing about this
restoration goes according to plan!

Just have to keep the electric heater going full blast so I can work inside
the trailer.

Anyway, there's not much I haven't experienced inside the Safari (except for
the stove and sink) and I can tell you my experience to help you work
"smart".  Send me a note on or off line and I'll help where I can.
