Hi   I have  2 aluminum tanks that were equiped with the guages and they are
very accurate as to the amount of LP left in tank and shows clearly when they
are empty.
I have had one refitted with the new valve and the guarge is still operating
just find...
since my other tank was full my RV service told me to wait till it was empty and
then bring it in and they will retrofit the new guarge on the other tank too.
