With the walkway in the center between the two twins, right? Unless you place 
the double bed across the rear, it will block the walkway. In that case you 
will need a bed that is curved head & foot on one side. That will be dificult 
to sleep on for someone.

 One bed has the hot water tank under it (curb side).
 
Curbside? My 25' had the water heater on the street side, either way, it 
doesn't  matter. If this is under a hanging closet, you will loose this space 
from the floor to the ceiling. Will that leave you enough space between it 
and the rear wall for a double bed? How about the hanging closet on the other 
side?
