[A/S] OPDs On Vertical LPG Tanks

Your article answered several questions for me and probably for others on
the list but it leads me to a couple questions.

What is the approximate cost of converting existing LPG tanks to the
required new OPD and fixed maximum liquid level gauge?  And how about the
author's advice to simply replace old tanks with new tanks if the old tanks
in question are Airstream aluminum tanks not the old cheapo steel tanks?
That is an entirely different cost situation isn't it?
