The only place, in the driveway, that the trailer was level enough for the 
fridge to run was where the truck was already into the turn. I had to put it 
there to pack up.

There is a wall of red clay so I couldn't drive straight away from the 
trailer.

When it was time to hitch back up I just left the hitch where it was pointed 
and backed into it from that same angle.  Worked like a charm. I just wasn't 
sure I could do that as I have never tried it before.
