Terry and Harvey. The number ONE reason that Travel Trailer tires fail, is 
because of improper tire, wheel, hub and drum balance, or lack there of. Lack 
of proper balancing causes hot spots, which cause blow outs, and with respect 
to an Airstream or Argosy trailer, it also causes a number of failures, such 
as losing rivets, metal fatigue,  rear end separation, water leaks, and a 
number of other things. Gotta keep em balanced, folks.    Andy
