Blair. Wiring diagrams basically don't exist for those years. It does sound 
like someone has added some wires. The safe way, is to hook up each hot wire 
through a 12 volt circuit breaker and see what happens. If there is any kind 
of problem, the 12 volt breaker will kick out. We would suggest that you use 
a 20 amp breaker. Good luck.   Lori
