Hi Lew:

I got interested in this when I bought my '67.  The way I understand it 
is the following:

Beatrice Foods took over the company very late in 1967 and owned it 
through the '68 model year, but made no substantial design changes until 
the '69 model year.

I have been trying to relocate the source of my understanding, but 
haven't been able to find it.  A defunct website maybe?

What do you think Mr. Burke?
