Perry:

     I cannot actually confirm that, but at International, the 
President of Airstream said that they were working to get valves 
certified for horizontal tanks that are not ASME certified, as on TTs. 
I also heard somewhere - perhaps there - that there was a hold on the 
valve requirement for those horizontal tanks.
