Joe,

My understanding from talking with my rep at Worthington
Cylinders (the people who make all of Airstream's aluminum
tanks) is that the OPDs are not required on horizontal tanks
and, in fact, are not yet available.  The new overfill
protection devices will be required on vertical cylinders
only.
