Thanks for the information... We live in Central Kansas.  I did not know if
someone can make them just by telling them the year and model - or if they
need the actual cushions to use as a pattern.  There are two "couches" that
both pull out to form beds.  I want to make sure that they are comfortable
for sleeping and covered with a good quality fabric that is easy care.
 Also - After fighting with the zippers on the old set - maybe they should
close with Velcro for easy removal.  Does anybody have cushions that use
Velcro instead of zippers?

I will fist check out some local places that do upholstery - but I am more
concerned with finding the right type of foam.  The stuff in there now seems
like it must have been made just for the AS.  The cushions look curved, or
molded.  Not like someone just cut the shape from a slab of foam....
