[A/S] 1976 Argosy

Hi all -

I have a friend who has seen a 20' 1976 Argosy for sale and is interested.
They're asking $1700. The body looks very good and the interior needs lots
of TLC (you know, the orange shag look). The AC works, and refrigerator is
said to work. I'm going up with her to look at it, probably tomorrow or
Wednesday. I told her to have the guy fire up the refrigerator (on gas) the
night before and light the hot water heater. Other than the usual poking the
floors and looking for leaks, etc., anything else anybody can suggest about
this model? What about the price? Please respond ASAP (either directly or to
the list) - she's anxious.
