[A/S] Crawling around on top ( Was..Restoration2)

My experience on top of my two Airsteams has led me to this..

I've found the top on my '68 to be very strong. 

 When I first asked about going on top, no one really had any answers.  So..I
went up to scrape and caulk my three vents.  I slid very carefully on my stomach,
after stepping off of a step ladder!

It was fine.  Then, I got more confident and knelt.  Then I actually stood..carefully.
 It was fine.  It would flex, and go right back to where it was.  Very strong....much
stronger than what I had thought!

My '69..I actually got up there and stood with a long handled scrub brush and
washed and brushed the entire top!!  I was careful to stand on the frames..marked
out with rivets.

So..be careful..but get right up there and get to work!
