 It's not possible to run the A/C with the battery. That means that the
battery will last 'forever' if you're running the A/C because you're
going to be connected to shore power to do so. 

Running the furnace is a marginal proposition, as it uses a fair amount
of 12VDC, about 3.5 amps. You could easily run one or 2 nights,
especially if you have a pair of batteries and are careful about 'other'
usage.

Most mainstream campgrounds have full hookups, but some of the more
scenic/desirable places (state parks, etc.) have limited hookups at
best.
