     That's been my experience too, except for this summer at 
Bismarck.  The city's General Sibley park has a number of sites that 
have the RV plug that we associate with 30 amp service, that are 
actually 20 amp service.  All such sites are clearly marked, both on 
the outside of the box and on the recepticles.  They're going over to 
all 30/50 amp service soon, right after they upgrade their water 
services.
     Most of the parks I've been in - and I tend mostly to places
like 
KOAs, so this is not very general - have had 30/50 amp, and every box 
I've seen also has a standard, 120 V 15 or 20 amp recepticle, also.
