[A/S] First Post and I Need help

Hi all,

I just found the list and joined today.  I'm looking for some help in 
buying my first trailer.  I've rented and towed before, but this is 
our first purchase.  I'm looking at a 1972 31' Soverign.  Can any of 
you give me any tips with regard to looking at this trailer.  Any 
known issues or things to look for would be appreciated.  The trailer 
looks to be almost completely stock and in pretty good shape.  What's 
a good price for something like this?
