Phil,
 That could be made to work. You'd have to find a place to mount the
engine/compressor unit, route the exhaust, supply fuel to it, etc. Of
course, with the bed of the truck covered with the topper, I don't know
where you'd mount thing thing; putting it inside would mean that it'd
have to eliminate its own heat, something that would probably not be
possible.

So, I guess it won't work for this application after all. :-)
