Jim, I do know that the rubber inside the dura torque axle will go bad over time. This is rebuildable, but I do not know where, I would presume by the folks that made it. Sorry for not being more specific, but I did not pay much attention since I do not have the Dura Torque. First thing that I would check into would be the shocks. If new ones are needed be sure that they are correct for the trailer (not regular automotive ones). I remember reading on the old server that they dampen movement in the wrong direction.
