John, I have no such concerns. The brackets are fastened to the rooftop with 1/4-20 RivNuts that go into fairly large holes, thus spreading the load. I feel it's much more secure than most "professionals" would do it. Besides, I don't really think there's much pressure trying to lift the panels off the roof. <<Jim>>
