I have a 64 GT and I think it weighs in at just under 3000 unloaded.  I tow 
with a Ford Bronco, not the perfect tow truck but it works.If the floor is 
solid, and there is no obvious water damage, just  about everything can be 
fixed.  The frig is expensive to replace.  I have done plumbing ( frozen 
pipes) and replaced the floor tile, having taken up the ugly carpet that was 
covering the old peeling tiles.  The cushions and curtains are new, new 
shower curtain, new thermostat on the oven, changed the battery from rear to 
under the sofa, new safety chains, new gas tanks.  This is over the 15 years 
I have owned it and it is still worth just about what I paid for it. What 
other trailer can live up to that?
