Oddly, when I climbed under the trailer yestareday to check the wires one 
wasn't connected.  Of out of 4 and one out of two on that tire.

This morning I hooked up and the brakes engaged. (?)

I took it to an RV repair shop and the guy went under and attached the wire.  
It took him about 15 minutes.... I asked how much I owed him... he said, 
"Nothing, just have fun."

So, I'm operational... all systems go.
