Jim -

Thanks for the short and understandable discourse on electricity.  I was measuring the voltage under load at a 
different outlet in the trailer: the outlet by the door.  It was low, around 110 so that could be the problem.  I will 
keep that in mind.  Fortunately, where I was in Mexico did not need AC often.
