Like everyone else my goal is to remove what's left of the clear coat on my
76 and have it polished. But that will have to wait. In the meantime I would
like to take the remaining clear coat off, but what can be done to protect
the skin until you can polish it?

Even if I don't strip the clear coat now there is a lot of the skin already
bare from the top down about half way. It surely needs some type of
protection. Thanks
