Hmmm...airplanes flying low on those *special* nights   :D

Okay, okay.  My dogs don't let me sleep past 8:00 am, actually they would but 
I feel guilty, so I don't need a light shade.

However, my skylight has a "shade"  A pad that velcros up to the frame around 
the skylight.  FWIW the pad is too heavy and drops to the floor within 
minutes so I don't bother anymore.  The pad is vinyl.  Maybe you could cut a 
piece of vinyl(or something similar) to fit the  frame and simply velcro it 
up when you want privacy...I mean darkness.
