[a/s] Toilet training

I almost afraid to post for fear of being lost between list servers.

I am in the process of replacing the collar that goes around the top edge 
of the commode to finish the hole that was originally drilled at the factory.

It is made of plastic with a 9 1/2" inside diameter.  The top flat edge has 
a diameter of 12 1/2".  It was fastened to the moulded bathroom fixture 
that covers the commode by four rivets.

I would love to find a replacement part but would have no problem with a 
fabrication or substitution.  My bathroom can be seen at:
