Don has just told the guy with the glasses that there is no Easter Bunny.  No, no, kidding.  Don is telling us how 
the completed wall behind us on the left will be fitted with a roof panel later.  What you see behind us is the 
road side which will be attached to the curb side panel to the right which was the previous photo.
