John, I'm sorry I don't know what the brand is.  The awning has only been 
opened once since we bought it - the day we picked it up from the dealer.  We 
didn't need it on our only trip..

The day we put a deposit on it (1998 19' Bambi) the salesman was showing us 
everything on the rig and that was the one thing that didn't seem to be 
working.  The back (left) arm had been pushed back too far.

They (Toscano RV) went thru everything in and out of the trailer and had 
fixed the awning by the time we picked it up.  They had us stay in it 
overnight to check out everything and to see if we had any questions before 
we drove it off the lot.
