This is not the first time that I have posted about draperies for the
Airstreams.  I assume that no one has any drapery issues but maybe I'm
wrong.  My 1966 Safari had all original drapes, several of which were very
tattered.  All overhead track and fittings are in good shape.

I went to JC Penney, which is supposed to have the best selection of double
pleated drapes and found that to be true.  Problem.  Over the years the need
to economize in cost of production has the manufacturers making the pleats
very far apart 7-8 inches.  The original Airstream, and the neweer models,
have pleats only 3 inches apart.  This makes a lot of difference with a
trailer with small windows.

Does anybody know of replacement double pleated curtains for the Airstreams?
