Speaking of good experiences, I would like to comment on Fantastic Fan.  They 
are here at the International.  Interestingly the woman who is selling is the 
ex wife of the man who invented and manufactures them.

She and her new husband and son and an installation crew are all here.

I stopped by to tell her that my top was broken in the hailstorm, she 
immediately said it;s warranteed for life so they will install a new one.  
huh?  I said again, it didn't fail it was broken by hail.  Doesn't matter.

The son came, installed the new top and the part inside which was screwed in 
too tight so the corners were cracked.....

Then he took the wall thermostat apart and put s thing in there to keep it 
from  opening and closing when it shouldn;t.  Then he taught me how the wall 
thermostat works so now I simply raise o lower the temp on the wall too 
activate it.

I am beyond impressed with Fantastic Fan......
