Confirms my many suspicions about the folks in Jackson Center.  I really do not think they are 
customer focussed, as much as I hate that term.

BTW, my "new" '99 AS has a bowed floor.  It is convex.  When the bedroom is level, the forward 
part slopes more and more downward in front.  I don't know why, but I am not pleased.  The 
streetside gravel shield fastener has come adrift after the factory repair center in California 
replaced the whole shield.  I cannot believe that these are the lineal descendants of the 
company started by Byam.  The curb side bedroom wall shows stains from a leak.  I will post some 
photos of Airstream's current quality control after I assemble an album to copy to a CD to send 
AS so that they and I have a record of this coach.  It is bad.

I have attached an example of how the wallpaper fits around a switch plate in the bathroom.  
There is no excuse for this to have left the factory like this.
