I'm curious  where the dents are located?  If you have dents in the front 
corners you might consider putting on rock guards to cover them.  You 
might also consider patches over dents. An acceptable but  sneaky way is 
to get aluminum vent covers from  either refrigerators or water heaters 
and  cover the dents with them.  Who's you know and  these things are 
"legitimate", "acceptable" features on trailers..  If you have one in an 
unusual place you will meet lots of folks who, out of curiousity,  wonder 
what is behind the vent cover.  Whe using  riveted  you might give 
consideration to decal stripeing to cover to disguise the patch.   Be 
creative.  Cosmetic  treatments are not just for women.
Of course your airstream is a lady anyway.
