There is a down side to living in Colorado.  the natives are xenophobic. 
There is snow, the dry air will make you and your wife look like mummies.
 The mountains are becoming subdivisions.  Five years ago, Grand county
put in its first stop light and now there are four between Bertoud and
Rabitt Ears pass.  The place is full of Texans and Californians etc.
