On trailer lights,  start with the plug on the tow vehicle.  If there is
12 volts there, then work back.  A likely area for a break is the
connector and wire at the front of the trailer.  They can get pulled by
someone forgetting to unplug when un-hitching.  Some models seem to have
a small plate on the bottom plate in front of the door.  See if the wires
do not go to connections there which can be checked out.  Lyall
