They have a web site.... http://www.passport-america.com

I would suggest you get at least one other discount membership... passport 
america isn't everywhere.  I think the campgrounds that sign up are sometimes 
off the beaten track hoping to get business in places where people wouldn't 
necessarily go otherwise.

The website should show the locations.
