My Dodge turbo diesel get 10 to 16 towing. 10 when facing headwinds, hills and high speeds, like 70. At around 60 on pretty level ground and no headwinds I have gotten as high as 18. I average 15.

I change oil at 5,000 mile intervals as recommended by Cummins.

I tow a 30W Excella, '99.
