An old German toolmaker taught me this one.

With aluminum, your best bet might be to find a supply house that has
what's called aluminum tap fluid.

It's largely oil of wintergreen, and you might want to hunt around for
that directly. It's about the best last resort for freeing up stuck
threads in this sort of situation. Of course, you're going to smell like
a pack of gum by the time you're done...

but this has always worked for me.
