Listies,

I purchased the complete kit of Map'n Go 5.0 and Street Atlas 7.0 in January
for about $45+/- at the store in Maine.  I used it to get familiar with it
and to map out our trip to Florida from Massachusetts.  But, otherwise it
was used very little.

Yesterday I received a (junk mail?) flyer from DeLorme advertising their
newer Map'n Go 6.0 for a special of $19.95.  So now my wheels were turning
and I was a little miffed that I had purchased old software just a short
time ago.

I called the store at 1 800 642 0970 and talked to Ben about it.  He told me
that the new 6.0 version wasn't on their shelves yet, but to call back next
week and tell them that they promised me a new one because the old one
didn't work.

He also said that anyone that called with a similar problem as mine would be
treated the same.

Sounds like a win-win situation to me.
