First of all, an excellent comparison of different fuels.  Even though I
sort of knew most of what you wrote, your explanation really put it in good
perspective for me.  Thanks.

I wonder, however, if you meant exactly what you wrote as quoted above?
Certainly no liquid, flammable or otherwise will look for anything.  They
may respond to gravity, in which case one might say it "looks for a lower
level."  Certainly, under the conditions you clearly describe they can burn
or explode.  But they don't "look for a source of ignition" to do this.

Sure I am quibbling, we all know what you mean.  However, I think it might
be useful to put the onus on US to prevent ignition rather than to make it
appear that the LP has some volition of its own. <grin>
