Unfortunately the proscribed method for replacing the blind in the
entry door is in fact, to remove the inner door panel. They are 1/8" white
head rivets. Once you drill them out pull the middle of the metal panel
to bow it in and release it from the edges of the door frame. Replace blind,
replace panel, pop in new rivets.
