Yes, I can still download from my cell phone (in places with a cell phone 
signal)  The problem is.... I run 3 lists and in one day I can easily get 
150-200 letters........... it takes a long time to do that with a cell phone 
and it eats up my free minutes..... so... I always would rather use the 
satellite...then the few letters I need to send I could send using the cell 
phone.  Don't forget I usually get on at 4800............
