Unless you really need the sofa as a sleeper, consider just putting a
couple of recliner chairs there. that is probably why the sofa was removed.
I have seen this done several times, and converted my own 29 footer last
year with a couple chairs from Sam's. My wife and I both agree it is the
best thing we ever did for comfort!

Airstream should offer two easy chairs (replacing the sofa) as one of the
standard floor pans.

I have the sofa stored (no, it is not for sale) so the next buyer can have
it if he wants it.
