Charlie,
Zip Dee used to make a screen room. I checked into it about 12 yrs. ago. They 
used to send out a special sheet so you can provide the dimensions to them so 
they can make it for the individual trailer. They may still make them. I was 
interested in it but at the time the cost was a little high. The material was 
made of the same type as the awing and came in gray or blue. It had water 
bags for weight along the bottom of the room and also stake pockets to hold 
it in place. Metal snaps attached it to the sides of the coach and snaps were 
also used to attach the skirt to the underbelly. The screen room could be 
bought with removable privacy panels as an option. It was a really cool 
system that could be used year round.
If you check with the company and they still make them let the rest of us 
know. Hopefully, the price won't be prohibitive.
