Sorry to hear the problem with the moen. We have had one in our home
kitchen for years and never had a problem.  We are heading down your way
next week  , but not with the new a/s. Only have about 6 days off. Not
happy to hear the temp. there is that cold. Is that the norm. Good luck
with the faucet.
